has determined that there is no illegality in our response to this matter.<br><br>We also confirm that the following article is published on your website:<br><br>\u2022 [Information Request] this matter.<br>Inclusive Solutions LLC has therefore been requesting that PERSOL CAREER promptly introduce the said lawyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, as of <strong>April 5, 2025, 23:00<\/strong>,<br>we still have <strong>no disclosure<\/strong> of:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>the name of the attorney representing PERSOL CAREER,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nor the name of their law firm.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If such a suspicious and anonymous email was not merely a mistake or misdelivery but part of your company\u2019s <strong>official internal process<\/strong>, we believe it would constitute an extremely serious failure of corporate governance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, issuing a unilateral <strong>deletion request<\/strong> to another company\u2019s public website\u2014<br>under the vague title of \u201cCustomer Center,\u201d without identifying any responsible individual or legal counsel\u2014<br>amounts to an <strong>abuse of dominant
