involve <strong>activities with potential civil and criminal illegality<\/strong>.<br>Our company has repeatedly contacted PERSOL regarding these concerns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, as of <strong>March 29, 2025<\/strong>, when this notice is being published, the situation is as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We contacted <strong>Teppei Nomura<\/strong>, Head of HiproTech, but <strong>received no reply<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Receiving no reply from him, we escalated through the company\u2019s official inquiry form\u2014but again, <strong>no response at all<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In light of these circumstances, and <strong>in order to protect the public interest of the industry<\/strong>, we are now publishing our questions openly on our corporate website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our inquiries point to <strong>serious violations spanning both civil and criminal law<\/strong>, and the harmful effects continue to spread among project article.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stated reason was that the content supposedly contains<br><strong>\u201cpersonal information\u201d<\/strong> or <strong>\u201cconfidential information.\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will <strong>not<\/strong> comply with such a request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This article is based entirely on <strong>verifiable facts<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The purpose of publication is to serve the <strong>public interest<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We have described the suspicious class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>our public statements have already criticized PERSOL extensively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>yet <strong>neither the PR department, the Legal department, nor their external counsel<\/strong> has addressed the matter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>it is difficult to interpret this as anything other than a <strong>severe governance failure<\/strong> within PERSOL
