We are writing in response to the email you sent to our employees and clients today.
Please refrain from contacting our employees and clients in the future.

If you wish to contact our company again, please note that our attorney will respond on our behalf.
Once again, our company has determined that there is no illegality in our response to this matter.

We also confirm that the following article is published on your website:

• [Information Request] “PERSOL CAREER has gone completely silent.”

Therefore, we ask that the attorney officially authorized to handle communications with us contact Inclusive Solutions LLC without delay.

  1. Has your legal department identified the specific individual who sent the deletion request and instructed us to stop communication with the end client, under the name “HiPro Tech Customer Center”?
    • If so, please disclose that person’s name, and clarify whether the message was reviewed and approved by your company’s legal counsel before being sent.
    • Regarding your claim that our published article contains “personal or confidential information,” please explain the legal basis for this assertion.
