Inclusive Solutions LLC hereby reports that, as of July 31, 2025, we have officially acquired shares of PERSOL Holdings Inc. and have become one of its shareholders.
At present, the entire PERSOL Group—including PERSOL Career—is facing a serious governance breakdown, and there exist organizational compliance violations within the group. The recovery and reform of these issues are not only essential for the PERSOL Group itself but also an urgent social challenge for Japan’s human-resources industry.
From now on, as one of the shareholders, we will continue responsible proposals and dialogue through shareholder meetings and investor-relations (IR) activities, for the sake of the future of Japan’s business community.
